This home was built in the Truckee subdivision of Tahoe Donner. The 2850 sq. ft. home was designed the architect Eric Anderson out of Truckee and consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a media/rec. room complete with built-in surround sound and an extra bonus room. The oversized 3-car garage has a storage loft and epoxy coated floors. It is located on a beautiful lot that the stream Alder Creek passes through. The home included western red cedar siding, vaulted ceilings upstairs, 10 ft ceilings downstairs, 8 ft. doors throughout and of course, the stunning artisanship and attention to detail that accompanies all projects by Truckee Custom Homes. It was completed in 2006.
