This Novato residence was a combination of new construction and remodel. Located on 3 ½ acres in a rural section of Novato Ca., the project consisted of five separate buildings including the main house, a detached garage, a office, a caretakers house, and a pool house, for a total building area of over 9800 sq. ft. The garage and the pool house were both new construction while the main house, the office and the caretaker’s house were all remodels. This home is a true masterpiece and accentuates the attention to detail that Truckee Custom Homes has become known for. For an example, each knotty Alder door casing throughout the residence consists of roughly 80 meticulously applied pieces. This project was designed by Polsky Architects in Larkspur Ca. and was completed in 2004.
